GRP FlexiTec 2020

This Res-Tec product is perfect for new flat roof constructions and also to use to overlay an existing problematic flat roof.  GRP is the abbreviation for Glass Reinforced Plastic and means the product is a base of polyester resin which is reinforced with glass fibres.    This means it is incredibly strong, flexible, and crack and impact resistant.

Due to its unique technology, the product Is able to coat most roof surfaces, felt, asphalt, timber, fibreglass, metal and concrete.

FlexiTec 2020 can be used for any shape or size of roof or balcony area and will always provide a flexible, tough and seamless surface.

Warm Roof Insulation for Flat Roof Construction

Our warm roof insulation system allows the panels to be laid on top of your current flat roof, as long as it is in reasonable condition.  Traditional cold roof insulation systems require the existing roof surface to be removed, panels removed and replaced and then a new roof adding on top of the new insulation.  Warm roof insulation, therefore, drastically cuts down the hours of labour and materials to be skipped and removed.

As the warm roof insulation is laid over the whole surface of the roof, it is also more energy efficient than the traditional insulation systems, saving you further money over time.
